Home · The audit
A record of what your site transmits to third parties before any consent, placed next to what your own pages promise. Every line carries the command that produced it: you can check all of it yourself.
This is not a discovery call, nor a quote, nor a legal audit. It is a document. You order it, you receive it, and you do what you like with it — including fixing everything yourself and never contacting us again.
Gives you a list of what leaves. It is useful, and you should run one.
A person reads your policy, sentence by sentence, and sets it next to what your site does. It also looks for what is missing, like a tool loaded on 25 pages that never use it. Every line carries the command that reproduces it. Fixing is not part of the audit: that is the repair, sold separately.
Six measurements. None of them is an opinion: each one reproduces with a request, and the report writes down which one.
Three examples of wording. The report states; it does not conclude.
Three requests leave towards a third-party server when the home page loads, before any visitor interaction. Your policy, section 3, states that no data is sent to a third party.
Reproduction: open the page, Network tab, filter "third-party". Three entries, timestamped before the first click.
A backup of the home page answers 200 at a public address. It contains an earlier version of your terms.
curl -s -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code}" https://your-domain/index.html.bak → 200
Your fonts are served from your own server. No request to an external provider was observed, which matches the commitment published in your footer.
No off-domain network entry across the six pages tested.
A formatting excerpt, not a real report. Yours will carry your addresses and your measurements.
This is a house rule, and it is not negotiable. We are not lawyers, and a document that drew legal conclusions would expose you as much as it would expose us.
Never: "you are in breach" · "you are compliant" · "you risk a fine"
Always: "these three requests leave towards a third party before any consent; your policy, section 3, states the opposite."
The difference is not cosmetic. The report gives you dated, reproducible facts; the legal reading belongs to your advisor. That is precisely what makes it useful to them: it starts from measurements, not impressions.
Here, we do the work, on your site, and you receive a document. If you are looking for the tool to do it yourself, this is not the place.
You do nothing. No access is requested, no account is to be created, and we never touch your clients' data: we look at what a visitor sees, nothing else.
The report runs 8 to 12 pages, ordered by what to look at first. No call is needed — neither before nor after.
What if everything is fine on my site?
Then the report will show it, and you will have a dated document that proves it. We have no interest in finding problems that do not exist: every line is reproducible, and you can check all of it yourself. An audit that finds nothing is an audit that did its job.
Why CAD 497 and not free?
Because a free audit is a sales pitch in disguise. This one stands on its own: you can take it, fix things yourself, and never contact us again. That is a perfectly legitimate use.
If you would rather first see what we are talking about without paying, the free check gives you a real result in two minutes — and tells you itself what it cannot do.
Is this a generic report?
No. If you expect a template, the price will seem high, and rightly so: CAD 497 for a pre-filled template would be a lot.
What is the same from one report to the next: the method, the six measurements, the way a finding is written, and the rule of never drawing a legal conclusion.
What never is: your domain name, the third parties your page calls, the sentences of your policy quoted word for word, your dates, your reachable files — and the exact command that reproduces each line, on your address. You can check all of it yourself, and that is precisely what a template cannot offer.
Does it replace legal advice?
No, and that is deliberate. The audit establishes measurable facts and stops there. It becomes the starting piece for your legal advisor, who no longer has to begin by measuring.
If you already know what is wrong and you want it fixed, the repair is CAD 497, and both together CAD 897.
The check is free, with no email and no sign-up. It gives a real result in two minutes.
