The two differences that matter

Done, not taught

You have nothing to build. We install, connect and check. You only learn to run what was installed: approve it, correct it, and switch it off.

If you want to learn to build it yourself, this is not the place, and we tell you before you pay.

Proof, not promises

At delivery, we run the audit we sell for CAD 497 on your installed system: what goes to third parties before consent, what is reachable without anyone deciding it should be, and what your policy says next to what the code does.

You keep that dated document. Every line can be re-checked without us.

What we install

Five building blocks, laid in this order. Compliance comes before the agents, never after: an agent plugged into badly stored data is already handling badly stored data.

The foundation. Domain, hosting, professional email, certificates, automatic dated backups, monitoring. Working files and published files never share the same location.
Compliance, by design. Separated data, real consent, fonts and resources served from your own server, a register, a designated officer, and a policy that describes what your site actually does.
The agents. An orchestrator, a content agent, a conversation agent and a monitoring agent, set up for your field and your vocabulary. For a clinic, the words your professional order regulates are written into the agent's instructions, not left to your vigilance.
The automations. Booking, reminders, request follow-up, email sequences, scheduled publishing. One publishing tool per channel, so nothing goes out twice.
The hand-over. A recorded session and a one-page sheet: what to check every week, what to do if something breaks, and how to switch everything off.

The off switch is part of the delivery. A professional who cannot turn their system off will not use it, and they would be right.

Who this is for

What we tell you plainly

AIVOS is a new offering. No installation has been delivered to a client yet. What we install is the system that has been running Oraivia for months, with the failures it has already met and fixed. We tell you rather than let you assume otherwise.

That is also why the price is set by quote, after looking at your situation, and why we announce no timeline before measuring it with you.

Why not a subscription?

Because the system runs on your side. No infrastructure is carried by us, no AI bill is advanced by us, and nothing stops the day you stop paying us.
