My site is on a hosted platform. Can everything be fixed?
No. On a platform you do not control, part of what leaves comes from the platform itself, and nobody can remove it from your side. The audit separates what is in your hands from what is not, and we tell you before fixing anything.
Do I need to give you access?
Yes, for the repair and only for it: fixing a site means getting into it. We tell you exactly which access, and you revoke it at the end. The audit itself needs no access.
How do I know it is really fixed?
Because we run the checks again after the fix, and the report writes down the commands that show it. You can run them yourself, today or in six months.
