Refunded in full: 1. if you cancel before the measurements begin. We write to you when they start; 2. if the report is not sent to you by the 5th business day after your payment and receipt of your site's address. This deadline is suspended only if your site is not publicly reachable, and we tell you the same day; 3. if your site cannot be measured the way a visitor sees it, for example because everything sits behind a login; 4. if more than a quarter of the report's lines must be corrected or removed under the guarantee below, or if a correction is not made within the promised time. You keep the document.
Refunded in part, if you stop us along the way: - the measurements are done, the comparison with your policy is not: 75% refunded; - the comparison is done, the report has not been sent: 50% refunded.
You receive what has been produced, as it stands. The stage reached is proven by the date and time of the measurements and documents, which we give you.
Not refunded, once the report has been sent and its lines are reproducible: - if the report finds nothing to correct. That is a result too; - if your site changed after the date of the measurements; - if you expected legal advice. The audit gives none, and says so before purchase.
What we guarantee, for 30 days after the report is sent: - every line carries its date, its time and the command or manipulation that reproduces it. If one is missing, we add it; - if a line, rerun on a page that has not changed, does not give the same result, we correct it or remove it; - the six announced measurements are all present, even when they find nothing. If one is missing, we complete it; - no line draws a legal conclusion. If one does, we rewrite it.
Each correction is made within 5 business days of your message.
Before we start, we confirm in writing the list of points to fix, your site's technology, the access needed and the end date. If your site falls outside the fixed price, we tell you at that moment: you choose between a quote and a full refund.
Refunded in full: 1. if you cancel before we have used your access; 2. if the confirmation shows your site falls outside the fixed price and you do not want a quote; 3. if no point has been fixed by the confirmed end date, without the delay coming from you.
Refunded in part: - you stop along the way, or the end date passes without the delay coming from you: we refund the share of the points not fixed, pro rata to the confirmed list; - a point turns out to be impossible to fix on your side, because it comes from the platform itself: we refund that point's share.
Not refunded: points that have been fixed and proven.
What we guarantee: - every fixed point is proven by a real request made after the fix, and the report gives the command. A point on the list that fails at delivery is finished at no charge within 5 business days, or its share is refunded; - for 90 days after delivery, if a fixed point reappears while the files we modified have not changed, we fix it again, at no charge, within 5 business days. The report lists those files and gives a way to check that they are intact.
The 90-day guarantee does not cover: - a change made by you, your web developer or another provider; - a theme, plugin or platform update; - a change of host or the restoration of an old backup; - a tool added after the repair; - the wording of your privacy policy or the creation of a consent banner, which are not part of the repair.
The guarantees of the audit and those of the repair all apply.
Your quote splits the installation into five building blocks: the foundation, compliance, the agents, the automations, the hand-over. For each one, it states its price, its planned date and its acceptance criteria: checks you can run again yourself.
You pay for a building block before it starts. You never advance more than one block at a time.
Acceptance. At the end of a block, we show you that its criteria pass. You have 10 business days to accept it or tell us which criterion does not pass. Without a reply from you, the block is considered accepted.
Refunded: - a paid block that has not started: in full; - you stop during a block: the undone share of that block, pro rata to the tasks in the quote. No penalty, no further block to pay, and what is already installed stays with you; - we exceed a block's planned date by more than 10 business days, without the delay coming from you: you may stop, and the block in progress is refunded in full; - an obstacle beyond our control prevents a block, for example a third-party service that shuts down or changes its terms: we propose a replacement solution by quote, or we stop and refund the undone share.
Not refunded: an accepted block. It is installed on your side, with your keys.
Our working guarantee. At delivery, all the acceptance criteria in the quote pass, and we hand you the delivery audit run again on your system. If that is not the case, we keep going, at no extra charge, until they pass. For 30 days after the last block is accepted, we fix at no charge any defect in what was installed.
This guarantee does not cover: - a commercial result: clients, appointments, revenue or time saved; - an outage or change at a third-party service: AI provider, host, booking tool; - your AI credits. They are paid directly to your provider, with your key, and we cannot refund them; - a change made after acceptance, by you or another provider; - the time during which we wait for access or a reply from you.
If we hear nothing from you for 60 days, we may close the installation: the block in progress is counted pro rata to what has been done, and the rest is refunded.
