This page sells nothing. It says who does the work, what Aivita does and does not do, and what we found on our own sites before offering the service to anyone.
Aivita is carried by one person: Denise Charline Teikeu, who holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), is based in Quebec and has twenty years of practice in public health. The measurements, the reading of the pages and the writing of the report are done by her. There is no team behind it, and saying so is more useful than hiding it: it explains the pace, and it explains why the scope is narrow.
Aivita is a brand of Oraivia Santé Health Inc., a federal corporation established in Saint-Isidore-de-La-Prairie, Quebec.
Why someone from public health looks at websites. Because public health imposes a habit: you do not conclude without measuring, and you write what you observed, not what you assume. That is exactly the discipline of the audit — and it is the reason it never draws a legal conclusion.
We do not sell a service we would never have had to apply to ourselves. Here are three real gaps, found on our own sites, with their dates. They are here because they make the offer credible — and because a provider who has never found anything at home has never looked.
Internal working reports became readable by anyone on one of our domains, through two different paths. Nobody had chosen to publish them: they were in the wrong place, and the server did its job.
The lesson: sharing between tools and web publishing never share a folder. And a closure is verified by a real request, never by reading the configuration file.
One of our policies stated that no data was sent to a third party, while the fonts were loading from an external server on every page. Both sentences were sincere. They were not true together.
This is precisely the gap the audit looks for in others. We had it ourselves.
A questionnaire, an article and a reference page gave three contradictory answers about the same list of countries. For three weeks. Each had been right on the day it was written.
An external fact goes stale without warning. Since then, every fact displayed carries its verification date — including on this page.
Those three were corrected. They are not the only ones: it is simply what happens to any site that is alive. It is also why the audit is a dated document, not a certificate.
The list is short, and it is firm.
We give no legal advice. We are not lawyers. The report states measurable facts; it concludes neither "you are compliant" nor "you are in breach".
We never touch your clients' data. The measurements cover what a visitor sees. No access to your systems is requested.
We promise no commercial result. No customers, no revenue, no rankings. What we sell is a document, and what it contains can be checked line by line.
Envolade is our academy: it teaches you to build. Aivita does the work for you. Two audiences, two promises, and we do not mix them. envolade.com
A question about the audit, about what it covers or what it does not cover: write, and you will get an answer.
