What this site collects, why, where it goes, how long it stays, and who answers for it. Every statement below was written from the site's own code, not from a template — and every one of them can be checked.

This policy describes how Aivita, a brand of Oraivia Santé Health Inc., collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.
The short version. This site sets no cookies, does not measure your visit, and loads nothing from a third-party server. It collects something only if you give it, through one of its three forms — and it keeps the strict minimum. The rest of this page describes those three forms.
In accordance with section 3.1 of the Act, the person responsible for the protection of personal information is:

This address belongs to the company, not only to this site: the same person answers for all brands of Oraivia Santé Health Inc.
There are three forms on this site. For each one, here is what is asked, what is actually kept, and why.
You enter the address of a website. Our server reads the page you entered — normally the home page — without running its code, then shows you what it found.

Your IP address is never kept in clear text. The result of the check is not kept: it is shown to you, then it is gone.
What the check does technically, for completeness: our server sends a request to the page you entered (normally the home page, identifying itself as Aivita-PreConstat/1.0), follows at most three redirects, reads at most 900 KB, and tests for the existence of seven common backup file names. If the page uses Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, it also reads, at Google's public address for these tools, up to three containers to note the analytics and advertising IDs they hold. Google then receives a request from our server, with no data about you. It connects to nothing else, installs nothing and changes nothing.

The form also contains an invisible field that only robots fill in. A submission that fills it is discarded, and not kept.
If you arrive through a partner's link (?ref=CODE in the address), their code is copied into the visible "Partner code" field, which you can see and clear. It is stored nowhere in your browser and is only sent if you send the form.

This form writes nothing on the aivita.ca server: it passes your name and email to the Oraivia Santé Health Inc. partner program server, which creates the code (see section 4).
The free check asks for no personal information: no consent is required, and none is sought.
For the audit request, you consent by sending the form, for the stated purpose only: to answer you and produce the audit you asked for. We do not use your email to send you anything else. There is no newsletter on this site, and you are not subscribed to anything.
For the partner program sign-up, you consent by ticking the box and sending the form, for managing your participation: your code, your access, calculating and paying your commissions, and a monthly update. Nothing else is sent to you.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the person responsible; your request will then be deleted.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for commercial purposes. These are the only places it travels:
These servers are located outside Quebec. The IP addresses serving this site were geolocated in the United States and in the Netherlands on 9 September 2026. Before disclosing personal information outside Quebec, the Act requires a privacy impact assessment (section 17). That assessment has been carried out for this site: it is dated 11 September 2026 and was completed on 14 September 2026 for the partner program and payment by link. Its written record may be requested from the person responsible.
No third-party tool runs on this site. No analytics, no externally loaded fonts, no share buttons, no maps, no embedded video. This is not only a promise: the server sends a content security policy that forbids the browser from loading anything from another domain. If someone ever added an external resource by mistake, the browser would block it.
Content-Security-Policy: default-src 'self' — verifiable in the response headers of any page on this site.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to ask for its deletion, to withdraw your consent, to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, and to receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
Write to the person responsible, at vieprivee@oraivia.ca. Every request is handled within 30 days at most. We may ask you to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing any information.
The free check is fully automated. But it makes no decision about you: it describes a publicly accessible web page that you chose to submit. No automated processing on this site produces a decision that has an effect on you as a person.
The paid audit, for its part, is written by a person.
If an incident affecting your personal information presented a risk of serious injury, we would notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned, as the Act requires. A register of incidents is kept by the person responsible.
None. This site sets none — neither its own, nor a third party's. There is nothing to accept or refuse, and that is why no banner asks you.
This policy carries its last verification date at the top. If we change what the site collects, the policy changes the same day — not after.
